just a few newbie questions. well im looking into getting a 93-96 300zx TT come january 2003. i will have about 20k to spend. i know a little more than the average car lover but am not a mechanic by any stretch.

questions:
1. within budget of 20k the TT will prob. have 80 - 100k miles. how reliable is this car? its going to be a daily driver. how many miles can these cars go w/ basic maintenance?

2. if one or both of the turbos burn out (not sure if this is common), can the car be run safely/decently w/ non working turbo(s).

3. have any of you used ebay to purchase a car, namely a Z? how does that work? shipping, etc.

3.5 going through ebay there are several Z's that are already modified a lot. im thinking that getting a pre-modified Z wouldnt be such a terrible idea, me being a newbie to this car and all. what is your opinion?

4. do most relatively good mechanics (especially in dallas/ft worth, if you live here) know how to fix these cars?

5. insurance. i priced liability for a 23yr old male (me) at about 850/6 months. that seems a little low for a tt. or does it?

well that should be enough questions for now.
i would appreciate any input that you guys can throw at me.
